pregnancy week 33

Women who are 33 weeks pregnant are now within mere weeks of delivery. The finish line is now in view and the desire to see and hold their child is more than overwhelming. Thoughts about the delivery process are invading your head, and if you look at another magazine on nursery ideas, you're going to scream. Expectant mothers, who are 33 weeks pregnant, are often struggling to balance not only their physical changes, but their emotions. Both of these are fluctuating from day-to-day, at the possible horror of your spouse. But the best thing about this phase is that knowing your new baby is shortly on its way.

Pregnancy week by week information comes in handy for women expecting a child or those planning one in the near future. Pregnancy is a gift only women are bestowed with. It is perhaps nature's way to make women feel special and communicate them that they are the preferred section. Such prominence however is not easy to pull off; it rather calls in for profuse effort and endurance to live through difficult times.

Week thirty-three to thirty six

The baby grows to the length of sixteen inches and weighs four pounds at this stage. It can open-close its eyes, the fingernails too start growing at this stage.

Slight spotting

when the embryo attaches to the lining of the uterus, it may disturb some of the lining which is shed as light pink or light brown spotting-much lighter than a normal period. This is normal and would happen about 8 - 10 days after ovulation (actually just a bit earlier than your period is due).

Cramping

This may happen in early pregnancy as the uterus shifts to adjust as it grows. It may feel worse if you've been active. This may start 8 - 10 days after conception.

Missed period

Many times, this is the first symptom we notice. However, if you have very regular periods, you may know you're pregnant even before taking a test.

Pregnancy may be the most miraculous thing that can ever happen to a woman. You may read about a lot of nasty symptoms that comes along with carrying a baby but once you realize that you are about to bring a new life into this world, all your sacrifices will be worth it. So you're preparing for the "big day" but you just don't know how or where to start. Well the first thing that you have to know is your due date. You can't really know the exact date but knowing the approximate date is good enough and you can do this by making use of a pregnancy week calculator.

Tender And Swollen Breasts

Have you ever imagined why breast tenderness, a major pregnancy symptom is a major indicator of pregnancy? The reason why breasts become tender and sore during early pregnancy is that they undergo hormonal changes to prepare for lactation i.e. breast-feeding. This kind of change in the breast size occurs generally in the first eight weeks.
